October 2009 Schedule

We offer four distinguished courses, with each course consisting of 6 sessions. Each session will take place on the weekend either on Saturday or Sunday from 6:00pm to 7:00pm starting on October 3 + 4, 2009.

Beginner Course: unrated
Intermediate Course: 700 – 1099
Advanced Course: 1100 – 1499
Master Course: 1500 and above

End of registration is Wednesday, September 30, 2009.

Rate is $120 for a single course. Each course consists of 6 lessons.

All you need is a computer with internet access. We strongly recommend using a headset for best audio quality experience and also to prevent echo effects. Each lesson will be recorded and will be made available for download soon after the lesson ended. Additional material will also be provided and sent by email to all students after the lesson.

Intermediate Course - Saudin Robovic
Saturday 6pm – 7pm, October 3, 10, 17, 24, 31, November 7
How to checkmate with a Queen or a Rook or 2 Bishops; How to Develop the Chess Pieces in the Opening; Introduction to Chess Openings; Chess Tactics; Chess Endgames; Checkmate in 2 Moves; Short Games

Advanced Course - Alexander Kure
Sunday 6pm – 7pm, October 4, 11, 18, 25, November 1, 8
Advanced Chess Tactics; Advanced Chess Endgames; Checkmate in 3 Moves; Introduction to Chess Strategy

Master Course - Saudin Robovic
Sunday 6pm – 7pm, October 4, 11, 18, 25, November 1, 8
Opening Preparation; Master Chess Tactics; Master Chess Endgames; Analysis of Classical Chess Games
