PS116 Chess TournamentWhat a great success! On Sunday afternoon, PS116 held their first chess tournament and parents were invited to play. The tournament was great fun and well organized and one could not help but notice that the chess-parents at PS116 were a tremendous reason for much of the tournament's success. Coffee, sodas, and snacks were available and the Chess Forum from Tompson St. came through with a great selection of books, videos, software, and clocks for purchase. Congratulations to all who participated and helped to organize this great day!
